In the internal-gynecological surgery section, officially named Mehrgan, on the second floor, patients with diagnoses of diabetes, respiratory, and cardiac diseases, as well as those requiring surgery, are hospitalized. In this section, respiratory patients receive treatment with antibiotics and oxygen therapy, along with education on the use of respiratory medications such as sprays, etc. Diabetic patients receive insulin therapy, dietary regimes, as well as training on insulin administration and injection techniques at home. Additionally, patients undergoing surgery in this section receive necessary care, treatment, and education during hospitalization, discharge, and training on the correct lifestyle at home. The services provided in this section are of high quality and supervised by surgeons and internal and gynecological specialists.

It should be noted that this section consists of nursing stations, isolation rooms, VIP rooms, multi-bed rooms, storage rooms, staff wardrobes, rest rooms, dirty and clean workrooms, and a pharmacy stock room. All rooms are equipped with beds, portable monitoring systems, and convertible furniture (for companions), and nursing services are provided by experienced female staff to female patients.
This section is connected to the pediatrics section, which provides excellent services to children with specialized equipment and beds by a dedicated medical team.
